Who is responsible for your data

The controller is the registered company named at the foot of this page, an import and export trading company registered in Shenzhen, China. Its full registered name and registered address are published on every page of this site, and the registration itself can be checked in China’s public enterprise registry — ask us for the business licence and search the name there.

If you want to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, use any of the contact routes on our contact page. We will answer within a reasonable period and we will not charge you for it.

What we collect

There are three ways your data reaches us, and no others.

• What you type into an enquiry form: your name and company, a WhatsApp number, an email address if you choose to give one, the machine you are interested in, the quantity, the destination port, and anything you write in the message field.
• What the form records alongside it so we can answer sensibly: the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you clicked, your language setting and the time of submission. None of this is asked of you and none of it identifies you on its own.
• What our hosting provider logs to serve the page and keep it available: your IP address, browser and operating system, and the pages requested. These are standard server logs, not a profile.

If you message us on WhatsApp

The WhatsApp buttons on this site open a normal chat with a pre-written first message. Nothing is sent until you press send, and we receive only the conversation itself — your number, your messages and whatever you attach.

WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy, which govern the transport of the message. We keep the conversation because a machinery order is a long thread and losing it would not serve either of us.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site sets no cookies of its own. It carries no comment system, no chat widget, no social embeds and no third-party fonts.

When we run advertising on Google Ads or Meta, those platforms place measurement tags so we can tell whether an advertisement produced an enquiry. Those tags may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and are governed by the platform’s own privacy policy, not ours. We use them to count conversions, not to build a profile of you, and we do not upload your enquiry details to them.

You can control this from your side: block or delete cookies in your browser, and use Google’s ad settings and Meta’s ad preferences to limit how those platforms personalise advertising to you.

Why we hold it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation — which is the reason you sent it.
• To carry out an order if you place one: booking freight, applying for the conformity certificate your country requires, preparing customs and banking documents.
• To support the machine afterwards, which means keeping a build sheet against your serial number so spare parts and claims can be handled years later.
• To meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to an exporter under Chinese customs, tax and foreign-exchange rules.
• To measure whether our advertising works, in aggregate.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anybody so that they can market to you.

To ship a machine, some of your details have to travel with the consignment. Only what is necessary is shared, and only with parties in the chain:

• The plant that builds your machine — the specification and the technical requirements, not your commercial terms.
• Freight forwarders, shipping lines and, where you have asked for delivery beyond the port, inland hauliers.
• Inspection bodies and certification agents appointed by your own government, where your destination requires a pre-shipment certificate. These applications require the importer’s details by law.
• Banks, for payment and for the import documentation your bank itself requires.
• Advertising and measurement platforms, in the aggregate form described above.

Where your data goes

We are established in China and your data is processed there. Fulfilling an order necessarily moves some of it to your own country, because that is where your customs authority, your bank and your certification agent are.

If your jurisdiction gives you rights over international transfers, tell us and we will explain exactly what is transferred and to whom for your specific order.

How long we keep it

• An enquiry that does not become an order: kept while the conversation is realistically live, then deleted on request at any time.
• An order: kept for as long as export, customs and tax law requires us to retain the trade documents, and for as long as we may need to support the machine.
• Server logs: kept for a short operational period by the hosting provider.

Your rights

Whatever your jurisdiction, we will do the following on request: tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, delete what we are not legally required to keep, and stop contacting you.

Ask through any route on our contact page. You do not need to give a reason and we will not make it difficult.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and enquiry submissions travel encrypted. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people handling your order.

No system is perfect, and we will not claim a certification we do not hold. If we ever became aware of a breach affecting your data we would tell you and tell you what to do about it.

Children

This is a business-to-business site selling construction machinery. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site collects or uses data — for example when advertising campaigns begin — we will update this page and change the date at the top of it. Material changes will be described here rather than folded in silently.
